Glee's Mark Salling (Puckerman) files cross complaint against woman who accused him of sexual battery.

During the SAG awards in january the glee star said "I justwant the chance to defend myself - ans i will, vigorously," In reference to being accused being accused by awoman is accusing him of sexual
battery.
According to the cross complaint, Salling alleges that Gorzela " without invitation or authorization, trespassed unto ( Salling's) residence... and knocked loudly at the door " back in 2011. Salling's roommate Jonathan Hernandez ansered the door and told her that Mark did not want to see her.
He goes onto note that his roommate comment enraged Gorzela and that "she became very angry and hostile and slammed the door open causing damage to the door.Salling ran downstairs and Gorzela then started violently hit him on the chest, arm and face," the complaint alleges.
Hernandez then said he was going to call the police. Gorzela then went outside to Salling's vehicle and took an object out of her purse and started to scratch his car, according to the complaint.
Gorzela first filed a sexual battery law suit against the celeb in january, claimimng he has unprotected sexual contact with her despite her demands that he wear a condom. Furthermore, she alleges intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence, calling Salling's conduct "willful, malicious and despicable," she says she has suffered "severe and substantial mental and emotional distress, humiliation, fear,apprehension, anxiety and amguish"
Gorzela is seeking unspecified general, special and punitive damages.
