Mariah Carey was rushed to a New york hospital last night after dislocating her shoulder on the set of a video shoot. This was confirmed by her representative.
"Mariah injured herself while filming a video for the remix of 'beautiful' directed by Nick Cannon her husband. She was taken to hospital last night , where doctors reset her shoulder. She is fine and is recovering at home"
Both Mariah and her husband Nick acted like nothing was amiss, retweeting people and talking about wrapping up the video shoot successfully.
Mariah not withstanding is still scheduled to perform a free concert in Central Park on Saturday benefiting Hurricane Sandy relief.
