Nick Cannon had let it out today since his wife Mariah would have to put on a sling for some weeks.
According to him, his wife's injuries were "pretty serious " explaining, "Not only did she dislocate her shoulder,she actually cracked a rib and ... she chipped her shoulder bone.
"She was in this nice, beautiful gown, heels on and everything and was kind of on this platform and reached and slipped and fell on the whole side," he said , adding that Mariah has been "a trooper" throughout her recovery.
She was rushed to hospital Sunday night while filming a video for the remix of "beautiful".
On Tuesday Mariah tweeted a picture to reassure people she was going to be okay.
She wrote "dislocated my shoulder on the remix video with Jeezy," then she added "sporting a very fashionable sling for the next couple of weeks!"

The Grammy awards winner is seen in the picture sitting up in a hospital bed, surrounded by tubes and medical equipment, as a gentle hand (her husband's is our guess) touches her shoulder comfortingly.
She was treated in New York's Hospital for Special Surgery on the Upper East Side. There, doctors reset her shoulder and she was sent home to recover.
Mariah is still scheduled to perform this Saturday in Central Park's Great Lawn as part of a concert to benefit Hurricane Sandy relief.
For now she has got just one arm a little awkward that would be, but the concert has got to hold.
