Mrs Zainab Abba who married the "same husband" was bathed with hot steaming water by Hadiza Abba on August 4, around 3pm .
On Aug. 13, at about 5p.m, one Sagiru Maishanu was at the `C` Division police station in Jos and reported the incident.
The wounded Mrs Zainab Abba has sustained severe burn on her back and breast, and she was rushed to a hospital for medical treatment. The action of the accused has contravened Section 242 of the Penal Code law.
The accused pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of N200,000 with one surety in like sum.
After that ,the court adjourned the case to Sept. 16 for hearing.
