- She Never Dissapoints! Miley Cyrus Cements Her Reputation As A Bad Girl in MTV Europe Music Award
Sunday, 10 November 2013
It was very much a case of all eyes on her as the great and good of the showbiz world geared up for the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards on Sunday night.
And Miley Cyrus certainly didn't disappoint as she well and truly brought the shock factor to Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome venue ahead of what promised to be a rather eventful night.
Cementing her reputation as the bad girl of pop, the 20-year-old singer strutted her stuff in a pair of monochrome chequered thigh-high boots, a plunging halterneck top... and very little else.
Miley shunned a fancy gown in favour of a backless halter top with drawstring detail at the front and sides, with very little protecting her modesty as the audience looked on.
The controversial star's top was emblazoned with the images of two men, with the word 'VIOLENCE' running along its hem and the rather telling comment, 'Please Stop' adorning her rear.
Adding a touch of wholesomeness to her otherwise rather racy image, Ellie wore her long blonde locks hanging in loose waves around her shoulders, while opting for natural, dewy make-up.
On the other end of the scale, Katy Perry went for an altogether more prim and proper look as she hit the red carpet alongside her fellow pop princesses.
Shunning a racy and revealing ensemble in favour of an elegant mint green ensemble, the 29-year-old singer looked the picture of ladylike chic in a satin fishtail pencil dress.
Featuring a conservative high neck and flattering knee-length hem, Katy's choice of outfit stood in stark contrast to the flesh-flashing dresses most of her peers opted for.
The Roar hitmaker completed her look with a pair of salmon pink platform sandals and a pretty jewelled headband as she smiled for the cameras as if butter wouldn't melt.
