Nigerian born Nnamdi Asomugha, who stunned all back in june with his marriage to Kerry Washington annouced his retirement from the NFL after 11 seasons. Singing a ceremonial one-day contract with Oakland Raiders so that he could close out his career with the same team that drafted him in 2013.
Nnamdi was considered one of the league's elite cornerbacks during his eight seasons with the Raiders and was elected captain in 2007,2008 and 2009.
The future still holds great for Nnamdi as he and Kerry are expecting their first child in 2014.
