- Nigeria Assists Kenya To Boost Oil Sector

Mr Akin Oyateru the Nigeria's High Commissioner to Kenya said that Nigeria would be of assistance in the management of Kenya's oil industry.The commissioner made known that the Federal Government would be pleased to assist the Kenya as long as they want.
The Nigeria President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan made a visit to Kenya and matters that would be discussed there has the growth of Nigeria and Kenya respectively which would be geared to achieving this purpose.
Oyateru also said that Kenya just found out that they have oil so making them to be among the world's oil producing country and this will help both countries to share ideas for the development of the both countries.
He also said that it would be great if Kenya banks are situated in Nigeria because there in Kenya there already two banks from Nigeria situated namely; UBA and Ecobank this will strengthen both countries stock exchange, also when raising funds it would not be stressful for them,and on visa exemption that they will come to a conclusion on individuals who has an official or diplomatic passports from the two countries.
