Lady Gaga and her outrageous outfit again!!!
This time the Pop singer whose latest album ARTTOP dropped today, did what she does best and made a memorable entrance at the Glamour's 2013 Women of the year Awards at Carnegie Hall in New York City tonight.
Gaga arrived wearing an all white ensemble with a huge blong wig and powdered white makeup, along with a very detailed white platform heels.
The evening which saw her receiving top honors after being named Glamour's Woman of the Year.
According to the Magazine, she was choosen because"When you interact with her, you become very aware of your life, your possibilities. You walk away thinking.Ok let's do it."
